Ms. Cohn spoke to a meeting of the Internet Law Committee of the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago (“IPLAC”) on November 4, 2005. Ms. Cohn discussed issues relating to file sharing — in particular, the Grokster decision, as well as actions taken by the entertainment industry against individual file-sharers.
